Maya Houser is an early-career professional dedicated to meaningfully empowering and uplifting under-resourced communities. She is currently a Portfolio Associate at Blue Meridian Partners, where she supports transformative investment opportunities that drive positive change in the lives of young people and families living in poverty. Prior to joining Blue Meridian, she honed her strategic and analytical skills at Bain & Company, where she advised clients across diverse industries in both the public and private sectors. 

A graduate of Princeton University with a bachelor's degree in Public and International Affairs, Maya brings a strong foundation in community-focused problem-solving to her professional endeavors. Beyond her career, she is deeply committed to education equity, having contributed to various education initiatives including curriculum development and teaching at a nonprofit high school program, as well as serving on the Associate Board for Read Alliance, an education non-profit, focused on improving early literacy.

Maya is passionate about leveraging her experience and expertise to create opportunities for communities to thrive, and she continuously seeks innovative solutions to address pressing societal challenges. Her unique blend of corporate consulting expertise and hands-on community work enables her to drive meaningful, sustainable change in the social sector.
